故事发生在戛玛戛玛水族馆之中，高中生海咲野心（伊藤美来配音）是水族馆的代理馆长，对于经营水族馆，她充满了热情，也非常喜欢水族馆里的动物们，然而，因为经营不善，水族馆随时面临着倒闭的命运。 宫泽风花（逢田梨香子配音）曾经以成为偶像作为自己的理想，然而，在经历了一系列的挫折之后，她选择放弃了理想，并且只身一人来到了冲绳，想要在这里疗伤。在冲绳，风花邂逅了海咲野心，两个女孩之间产生了真挚的友谊。在城市观光协会工作的久高夏凜（Lynn 配音）、经常会去水族馆帮忙的仲村櫂（土屋神葉配音）、水族馆的饲养员屋嘉间志空也（阿座上洋平配音），很快，风花就结识了这些好友们。。George is the scapegoat of his classmates.
