飞剑侠在前帮派失业之后，自立门户创立“天下第一帮”，立志要成为排名前十的帮主。他陆续招募（忽悠）了骊珠儿、逍遥生、祭剑魂和狐美人加入帮派。他们从一无所有的帮派开始打拼，接受各种奇怪委托，其中又会发生哪些搞笑故事呢？。全剧以1941年前后建立在沂蒙山区根据地的抗大一分校真实的历史为背景，展现了一代青年人在抗日烽火中飞扬的青春、战斗的情谊和对革命理想的不倦追求。。The story is set in the 1930s, somewhere in the mountains in Romania. It centres on Simion, a ranger who lives like a hermit in the middle of the forest. One day, he stumbles upon a beaten-up woman, Irina, and tries to find out who has hurt her. He also tries to stay away from her but fails.。
