改编自电影版的《神话》。80后男孩易小川（胡歌 饰）来到父亲工作的考古现场，意外地卷入了一场夺宝斗争，与好友高要（张世 饰）一起穿越到了2200多年前的秦朝。小川先后遇到了项羽（谭凯 饰）与刘邦（李易祥 饰），遂与二人结为兄弟，并阴差阳错的被大将军蒙恬（丁子峻 饰） 认成了弟弟蒙毅，小川由于现代人的鬼马搞笑被众多女子爱慕着，其中就有吕雉（陈紫函 饰）与吕素（金莎 饰）两姐妹，但是小川心中只有意外相识的图安公主玉漱（白冰 饰）。而高要则成为了大奸臣赵高，认了跟妹妹高岚（张萌 饰）长相一样的宫女小月当义妹。小川的第27任女友高岚在和小川哥哥易大川（任泉 饰）一起寻找他们下落时日久生情。眼看秦国将亡，小川与玉漱公主能否长相厮守？高要又将何去何从？。They’re back!
