8位少年在4位领队的带领下组成《寒暑假》少年团，进入到祖国的南疆秘境中，去感受、探索大自然的奥秘，度过一个不同以往的暑假。。本片改编自尼古拉·果戈里(1809—1852)的早期作品、同名长篇历史小说《塔拉斯·布尔巴》。小说塑造了哥萨克英雄布尔巴的形象,歌颂了民族解放斗争和人民爱国主义精神。相同题材曾经由俄罗斯班底在1924年拍摄于德国。本次重拍，由苏联人民演员、乌克兰的鲍格丹·斯图普卡（Bogdan Stupka）扮演哥萨克老英雄塔拉斯·布尔巴，伊戈尔·彼得连科（Igor Petrenko）扮演老英雄的小儿子。。Average Texas teen, Billie Jean Davy, is caught up in an odd fight for justice. She is usually followed and harrased around by local boys, who, one day, decide to trash her brother's scooter for fun. The boys' father refuses to pay them back the price of the scooter. The fight for "fair is fair" takes the teens around the state and produces an unlikely hero.。
